Q1: Are you a manufacturer?
A: Yes. We are the factory with two independent workshops for metal furniture and plastic furniture.
Q2: Can I get a sample before ordering?
A: Surely you can! But usually a sample will cost much more for our factory, and the freight might be on the customer's account. We could ship the sample by DHL or Fedex, taking about 3-5 days.
Q3: What are your terms of delivery?
A: If the damage is proved to happen before loading, we'll hold the responsibility and replace them for you. If it's proved to happen during the sea transportation and our term is CIF, we will claim this to our insurance company and pay you the compensation. If the term is FOB, you will need to claim this to your insurance company or shipping company on your own.
Q4: How is damage handled during shipping?
A: Responsibilities are determined by delivery terms. We handle replacements for pre-loading damage. Under CIF terms, we handle insurance claims and pay compensation. Under FOB terms, claims must be processed directly with your insurance or shipping provider.
Q5: Do you offer transaction assurance?
A: Yes, trade assurance is offered, which means secure transaction options and reimbursement procedures are available in advance if there is any issue with our products.
Q6: What is the production lead time?
A: It will take about 15-25 days after we collect the order. Generally, we will have lots of items in stock to make the leading time as short as possible.
