The following introduces you to light duty racking components:

• Uprights: High-quality Q235 cold-rolled steel is used as the raw material. Hole spacing at 50mm intervals.
• Beam: High-quality P-shaped structural beams, with thickened ends, are welded with column clips at both ends to connect to the columns, providing stronger support for the goods.
• Shelf Boards: Shelf boards are constructed by welding pressed steel plates and are placed on the beams. They are reinforced with three to four Reinforcement ribs. The height of the shelf boards can be adjusted up or down in multiples of 50mm for convenient placement of goods of different sizes and heights.
• Bracing (Diagonal and Horizontal Braces): These are typically Z-shaped or X-shaped and are connected to the columns through welded angle irons. The combination of horizontal and diagonal bracing helps reduce the deformation of the shelving and increases overall torsional stability.
• Foot Plate: Welded to the bottom of the column to secure the shelf to the ground.
